Are You Experiencing Burnout of Ballroom Dancing?

When I started my dancesport career I LOVED everything around it. I loved the practice sessions, the lessons, the traveling, the competitions it selfs. I did everything to improve my dance as quick as possible. I looked for ways to improve my stamina and my nutrition. I took lessons on other dance styles… I was breathing dance.

However, 4 years later I was enough with dancing… It arrived a point that I was so tired of everything around dancesport that I didn’t want to even think about it anymore… I was feeling BURNOUT.

Burnout is a state of mind when you are physically and mentally exhausted of some particular activity. It happens a lot around people that has very demanding jobs and also through high-level athletes. And yes, dancesport is a VERY high-level sport.

So what can you do to recover from Burnout and find your passion again for dancing? In this video, I will show some techniques that you can use to re-balance your life.
