Last Sunday (April, 20th) I spend a great Easter Sunday with the Metropolis Danssport Club in Antwerp, Belgium.
It was the time for this great DanceSport club to receive my presentation on Mental Training – “Mind Power: How to Improve Performance in DanceSport” and for some Coaching Sessions with their couples.
Special thanks to Karina Geerts for inviting me to bring my message to their club and dancers.
10am in the morning and a beautiful and huge ballroom was waiting for me full with couples warming up and training. It was the time for the group practice and a great opportunity for me to see the couples doing what they do best… dance.
The hospitality from both staff and dancers was amazing and I can’t stop thanking all for the affection showed.
The time for the first Coaching Session has arrived. Thanks for the special room prepared for this sessions – a great idea to keep everything more private and everyone more relax.
After the tasty lunch that Metropolis Danssport Club decided to offer to all dancers, it was the time for my presentation. The idea was to pass some mental tools and exercises that couples and dancers alone could do to improve their dance, performance and have an happier DanceSport life.
One hour and a few minutes later my lecture – “Mind Power: How to Improve Performance in DanceSport” has arrived to the end. Thanks for the applauses and for attending. What a great public you were.
