A few days ago I was consulting, through DanceSportExperts.com, a ballroom dancer that was suffering from a severe stage fright, and even if this was not my first contact with these situations, this one made me think a little bit… Maybe there are many dancers out there with the same problem and needing help.
So I decided to share my “stage fright for dancesport” super secret technique here in video.
