I remember to wake up sometimes a feeling a little bit sick before a dancesport competition or a lesson with my dance teacher. That was for me a bad time! I’d spend so many hours practicing to that competition or for that lesson and I wanted to have my energy level at the maximum.
Unfortunately at that time I didn’t have the tools that I have today. I didn’t know what to do in this situations, to improve my health.
