Many times my couples ask me how can they improve and train their focus. They ask me for specific exercises that they can take on a daily basis which will help them achieving a sharper focus.
For this reason, I decided to create the exercise that I´m showing you in this video. With a yellow duck (or any other object) and 2 to 5 minutes a day, you can practice your mind and focus and be able to feel results in less than two weeks.
With this very simple and quick exercise, you will be practicing the capacity to be focus for longer and longer periods. Actually, this is the goal of any high-level dancer… to be focus on their performance for as long as possible, so they can get more from both practice sessions and competitions.
