With my experience working with top level couples, I am still surprised to find dancers who still don’t know how to have a good preparation for a ballroom and latin competition. I know that there are so many great dance teachers with different approaches and so much info available on the internet that sometimes is difficult to filter all that information and make a valuable plan.
Often, dancers simply increase the number of their practice sessions and try to have more lessons when a big competition is near. But is this the right way? Is it enough to practice more and have more lessons (learn more)?
The human brain is a fantastic machine, but it has his own limitations… In this video, I show you the right steps that you should take during the one month before a dance competition that will help you improve your dance, your performance at the same time that you keep yourself motivated and in shape.
